If you are having problems with your computer or other related technology equipment, please complete the service request form above. We will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an estimated time to work on your request.

 

After your service request has been completed please fill out a Tech Services Request: Customer Feedback Form.

 

IMPORTANT: All service requests are prioritized according to the chart below, rather than on a first come, first serve basis. If critical problems occur that take higher priority, we will contact you and revise our estimated time.
