Heidi Malloy--Editor, TOP Magazine
Dr. Malloy is the editor of the TOP: Tips on Parenting quarterly magazine. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and coordinates the Early Childhood Studies program at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul Minnesota.
