Application Checklist
- ASC Application form
- $50 non-refundable application fee
- Official copy of graduate transcripts showing awarded Master's degree
- Photograph of self
- 2 Letters of recommendation (Required Form) which should attest to your potential as a school administrator
- Letters of recommendation for the ASC Program should address your leadership and management skills, not your ability to complete a graduate program. One letter should be from your superintendent or someone else in authority in your district office and one should be from your principal.
- Copy of current teaching license ( Level 2 license in Utah required. Must have 2 years of certified experience before being admitted to the program.)
- USU (Re)Admissions application Online ** (This is done through the undergraduate admissions office and can be completed after formal acceptance to the ASC program.)
** Note: Do not apply for admissions through the Graduate school. **
